How do I let a connected account use an integration?

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Choose which of your connected accounts can install an integration — and take that access back when they shouldn't have it.

Before you start

  • Your account is a platform account — you'll see Connected Accounts and Bulk connect at the top of your sidebar. See 📄 Understanding platform accounts.

  • Giving access doesn't install the integration or share your setup. Each connected account installs it with its own credentials.

Steps

Give accounts access to one integration

  1. Go to Account Settings → Integrations and open the Connect tab.

  2. Click the integration.

Its Connect page lists every connected account, with an Access column showing Available or Not available.

  3. Set the Default distribution mode. Choose Auto Deploy if every account you connect from now on can install it, or Don't distribute if not.

This doesn't change accounts that are already connected.

  4. Check the connected accounts that should get access.

  5. In the bar that appears, choose Auto Deploy and click Apply.

The Access column changes to Available for those accounts.

The same bar has three one-time actions:

  • Deploy now — gives access right away without changing the mode.

  • Remove distribution — the account keeps access, and you stop managing it from here.

  • Recall — takes access away. Anything the account already installed keeps working.

Give several accounts access to several integrations

  1. Click Bulk connect in the sidebar and open the Integrations tab.

  2. Check each integration to include.

  3. Check each connected account to include.

  4. Choose the action, check the summary, and click the button at the bottom to apply it.

Verify

Go to Connected Accounts, open one of the accounts, and click Impersonate Account. The integration is available for that account to install.

If it isn't:

  • The account was connected after you set the default. The default only applies to accounts connected after you set it. Give that account access directly from the integration's Connect page.

  • The Access column says Not available. The account was recalled or never added. Add it again from the Connect page.
